From a finished build to a store-ready release.

A working app is one part of a launch. Store accounts, product information, privacy disclosures, and review access need attention too.

Start with a readiness review

Identify your target stores, the condition of the current build, and the people who control developer-account access. Review any earlier rejection messages before planning another submission. This gives the team a clearer picture of the work that remains.

Prepare the listing and the build together

App names, descriptions, screenshots, icons, and release notes should describe the experience the app actually provides. Coordinate these materials with signing, version numbers, and the release build so the submission tells one consistent story.

Check privacy information and reviewer access

Privacy declarations should reflect what the app and its third-party SDKs do. Check permission explanations, age ratings, and privacy-policy links. If the app requires a login, provide a working reviewer account and clear instructions for reaching the features under review.

Plan the review and release

Apple and Google make their own approval decisions. Allow for account verification, applicable testing requirements, review questions, and possible changes. Agree on how the release will be coordinated, who will respond to feedback, and what support is included after launch.
